Care Instructions

All my pottery, ceramic pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe, however for the best care & longest life I recommend hand washing.


There are exceptions for any lustre pieces - please check the description

Do you do custom requests?

Yes! Custom orders take around 4 weeks to complete (not including shipping time) so keep that in mind. If you are wanting something please contact us with a description of what you are after & we love a good doodle.

Do you do wholesale?

Occasionally, please contact us with your request and we can go from there.

Packaging materials

We pack your orders in as much recycled materials as possible. This means that they aren't the prettiest - let's all do our part to recycle and reuse!

Exchanges or Cancellations

Unfortunately we don't accept exchanges or cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order and we will see what we can do.

What is your shipping policy?

We currently offer shipping only within New Zealand. We will ship your products within 3-5* business days. However, being a one person show this is subject to change and circumstances.

*Please note that preorder/custom pieces will have a different delivery time.

What is your return/refund policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


Damages

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your order. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process this.
